The City of Edinburgh Council owns Carrick Knowe Golf Course, the Management Company, Edinburgh Leisure is responsible for the green fees. The independant golf club Carrickvale has the clubhouse available for limited catering facilities.
Carrick Knowe is a mature parkland golf course and each hole is beautifully framed by a variety of trees, the golf course has undergone some changes on the front nine holes to meet with USGA specifications giving a great contrast between old and new. Be careful of those strategically placed bunkers which can present even the most experienced of golfers a challenge.
