On the Fife Open Championship Qualifying Trail Ladybank Golf Club, one of the premier courses in the Kingdom of Fife, has hosted final qualifying on seven occasions since 1978 for the Open Championship played at St Andrews, Ladybank is a showcase for the variety of challenge open to members and visitors in Fife.
For lovers of the game away from the sea Ladybank Golf Club provides a classic heathland test and enjoys a reputation as one of the finest inland layouts in Scotland. This is a blend of parkland and heathland where the smooth fairways are often lined by pine trees and the greens are delightfully and naturally situated.
Given its location 10 miles west of St Andrews, it is the perfect course to play on either your way in or out of the Auld Grey Toun. Peaceful, fair and receptive to good shots, there is something inspiring about playing here.
The Club extends a warm invitation to all golfing visitors to avail themselves of the recently extended Clubhouse facilities. The main lounge, dining room and new function suite overlook the 1st tee, 9th and 18th greens so there is always something to interest you as you relax after the exertions of your round.
