Coursetype: A scenic parkland course that makes full use of the undulating fairways. Not a flat course but has some gentle inclines. The fairways a separated by lines of trees and a water feature is waiting for your ball on three holes.

Founded in 1889, the original 9 hole golf course at Lockerbie was designed by legendary James Braid, extended nearly 100 years later Lockerbie had an 18 hole course.
The course measures 5463 yards from the white markers but this parkland course provides a challenging but fair test to all levels of golfers.
The course is forgiving with a few hazards that can make for some interesting scores. Water features and natural contours along with the tree lined fairway avenues require careful negotiation.
