Weather Summary
Ullapool Golf ClubIn their Words…….
Ullapool Golf Club was opened in April 1998 by H.R.H Prince Andrew. Whilst the course has been designed and developed to the highest standards, we have maintained a balance with the surrounding landscape and visitors can enjoy their game whilst appreciating the beauty of the Highlands of Scotland.
The course is an exceptionally picturesque nine-hole course with alternative tees for the second nine to lend a bit of variety to your round. The course can prove to be very testing to both beginner and experienced players.
The course is laid out from the Northern boundaries of Ullapool, down to the shores of Loch Broom. As you can imagine, the famous weather in the Highlands of Scotland can add extra sport to a game, but this can not only enhance the nature of play but also accentuate the beauty and wildness of the environment we are located within.
The course itself is par 72, stroke index 67 for men and par 69 stroke index 68 for women, and comprises of a variety of holes – some skirting the shores of Loch Broom, some lined with gorse and others open and grassy. Throughout the course, no matter how frustrating your game may become, the scenic surroundings and views out to the Summer Isles will calm even the most aggravated nerves!
